The Full Life Foundation invites you to join us for an hour-long virtual cooking class with award-winning Chef Justin Smillie! Justin & his sous-chef, Ty Johnson, will show us step-by-step how to prepare il Buco's signature dishes from your very own kitchen.
Menu: Smoked Chicken in a spicy and sour marinade plated with charred nardello peppers, kumquats and mint. This signature dish will be paired with Bucatini Cacio e Pepe straight off the menu from the famous NYC restaurant il Buco.
Guest of Honor: Justin currently serves as the Executive Chef at il Buco Alimentari e Vineria in NOHO. He is a star chef whose distinguished career includes positions at Mercer Kitchen, Barbuto and Gramercy Tavern, as well as co-founding NYC hotspot Upland. Check him out here!
